A Hispanic man was arrested in connection with an unsolved murder that occurred in 2004 in Riverside County.
Eddie Zazueta, 40, a resident of Bermuda Dunes in Riverside, was arrested on July 24 more than two decades after Daniel Medina, 17, was shot to death.
In a statement, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office said the homicide occurred on July 5, 2004, and deputies responded at approximately 4:26 a.m. to the 52400 block of Obregón Avenue, in La Quinta, in response to reports of a shooting.
