Liga MX announced the final call with which it will face the MLS figures in the MLS All-Star Game 2026, a match that will be played this Wednesday, July 29 at the Bank of America Stadium, in Charlotte.

The final list presents several modifications compared to the initial call, with eight players incorporated as replacements due to the loss of other players. In addition, the commissioner of the Mexican Football Federation (FMF), Mikel Arriola, chose an additional element to complete the squad.

Among the players who join the team are Salomón Rondón, forward of Pachuca, as well as Carlos Acevedo (Santos Laguna), Alexei Domínguez (Pachuca), Omar Campos (Cruz Azul), Luis Gabriel Rey (Guadalajara), Jesús Garza (Tigres UANL), Carlos Moreno (Pachuca) and Javier Ruiz (Necaxa).

For his part, Elías Montiel, also from Pachuca, was selected directly by Mikel Arriola to join the Liga MX representative.

Within the call, four players stand out who represented the Mexican team in the 2026 FIFA World Cup:

In addition, several members of the squad arrive after being recognized in the Liga MX Golden Ball, among them Erik Lira, winner of the award, as well as Jesús Gallardo, Federico Pereira, Fernando Gorriarán and Kevin Castañeda, who were nominated.
