Telemundo's cooking reality show, “Top Chef VIP,” has changed its premiere date, and will now hit television screens with its fifth season on Tuesday, August 11 at 7 p.m. m./6 c.

For this edition, the Telemundo production managed to bring together a luxury cast that includes the participation of celebrities such as: Athenea Pérez, Aylín Mujica, Carlos “Caramelo” Cruz, Carlos Ferro, Carlos Ponce, Diana Haro, Gaby Borges, Guty Carrera, José Joel, Kelly Ríos, Lupillo Rivera, Mauricio Garza, Miguel Arce, Nailea Norvind, Nievelis González, Ninel Conde, Pedro Luis “La Divaza” Figueroa, Roberto Romano, Sheynnis Palacios and Stephanie Salas.

In this edition there are several former inhabitants of “La Casa de los Famosos”, and three of them were companions of Lupillo Rivera, in different seasons. We are talking about Guty Carrera, “La Divaza”, with whom he shared in the fourth edition, where we saw Maripily Rivera win. And Carlos “Caramelo” Cruz, whom Rivera met in the “All-Stars” edition.

Lupillo did not have any conflict with Divaza, but he did experience tremendous clashes with “Caramelo”, the winner of his season.

The public, who loves Telemundo reality shows, is eager to know what the relationship will be or what the interaction between the two will be like, once the hottest cooking competition on Hispanic television begins.

The grand jury and this season's prize...

This season we will have the same jury that we have had in the last three editions, that is: Antonio “Toño” de Livier, chef Tita and chef Betty Vázquez. The three have managed to gain the trust of the viewing public, as they have a strong career behind them. in the various cooking styles they represent.

It should be remembered that this program, although it is true that it aims to conquer the audience, its viewers have no influence on who wins or who loses. “Top Chef VIP” does not have a voting system like “La Casa de los Famosos”.

The reality show hosted by Carmen Villalobos once again brings together 20 celebrities who will compete in challenges full of surprises for the title of “Top Chef VIP” and the grand prize of $200,000.
