In the face of the success obtained with the release of her album “No me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto”, the singer Karol G starred in a moving interview in which she spoke like never before about the emotional price she has paid as a result of her fame.
The Colombian was the special guest of the podcast “Se regalan doubts”, where she confessed that the pressure of maintaining the image of “La Bichota” has taken its toll on her on a personal level.
"I got so into the character of 'La Bichota', the powerful one, the one who can do everything, that sometimes I say: 'I'm tired'. Tired, daddy. I'm tired of reading that I'm saving everyone's life,'" she revealed to the presenters Leticia Sahagún and Ashley Frangie.
In this sense, she added that there was a moment when she felt directionless and without someone to anchor her to reality.
"Everything has been said about me. Everything. But I can tell you that it hurts, it hurts me, of course. I can understand that I am an extension of many things, but who saves me?", he expressed during the talk.
However, today more than ever she is clear that the support and love of her family, combined with that of her millions of fans around the world, have made her overcome the most difficult moments of her life.
"I feel that in addition to my family and my friends, my fans save me with their messages, with the beautiful way they look at me when I'm on the show. I go down and hold their hand, I swear it's like a pure look, it's true love and I feel like they save me," he said.
Finally, Karol G reiterated: "I am a very blessed person. I have a super special environment. Growing up with the love of my parents and my sisters at the level of how close they have helped me a lot. It's like I think that I can lack anything, but the fact that they never lack me helps me a lot."
