William Levy debuts as a composer with a song for his daughter
The Cuban actor revealed his musical facet with the song "My Brave Princess", a special gift to celebrate the 16 years of his younger daughter
William Levy showed that his talent transcends acting. In the framework of the recent “Sweet 16” celebration of his daughter Kailey, the soap opera heartthrob surprised his followers by revealing that he officially debuted as a songwriter.
The actor wrote an emotional song titled “My Brave Princess”, dedicated exclusively to his daughter.
Through her social networks, Levy shared a photograph with Kailey captured during the lavish birthday party celebrated on 25 ab ril. However, what captured everyone's attention was the musical background: a lyric loaded with nostalgia and fatherly love that he himself confirmed having written.
“For those who are asking… Yes, I wrote this song for my princess”, declared the protagonist of “Montecristo”.
The song not only stands out for its melody, but for the intimate winks to family life. In a fragment of the theme, Levy expresses: “Although the world sees you a star on the screen, I keep seeing you in pyjamas in the living room.”
The lyrics also highlight Kailey's personality, describing her as a mix of her own character and a “crazy smart”.
Levy's musical debut occurs at a significant moment for the family. Kailey's 16 party led William's public reunion with Elizabeth Gutiérrez, from whom he separated in 2024.
Despite the differences from the past, both actors put aside frictions to celebrate the wellbeing of their daughter, who responded to her father's gesture with an affectionate: “I love you daddy.”
