Due to negligence and non-disposal of the matter in time, the SP stopped the two sub-inspectors and three ASIs present on the spot. Its video went viral on social media. Regarding this, General Secretary of Bihar Police Association Kapileshwar Paswan met ADGP Weaker Section Anil Kishore Yadav on Tuesday.

Instructions to take action within seven days
Anil Kishore Yadav has considered this matter serious under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989. It is considered an offense punishable under Section-341/342 and 3(2)(VA) of IPC. ADG Anil Kishore Yadav has written to the IG of Magadh Range, while enclosing the records dedicated by the Bihar Police Association, that if the attached record is not forged, then send the compliance report by mail within seven working days by registering an FIR under relevant sections without delay.
The SP had threatened to stop in Hajat
SP Nawada had already threatened to cut the SHO and lock him in custody. The evidence that has been handed over to ADGP Weaker Section Anil Kishore Yadav also includes the things said by SP Nawada.
