University (AMU) accused Bilal Mustafa, assistant professor of the department, of molestation and harassment by sending double-meaning messages. There has been a new twist in the matter. In the Executive Council of AMU, it has been heard that strict action will be taken against Professor Bilal Mustafa on this matter.

Iranian student and having double-meaning communication. The CJM court had given a clean chit to AMU professor Bilal Mustafa, while the ADJ court had sentenced the professor to one year. Against whom the professor took the matter to the
High Court. Since the matter is pending in the
High Court, AMU is awaiting the decision of the
High Court. In the court decision, if the punishment of AMU Professor Bilal Mustafa continues, then the university can initiate suspension proceedings against the AMU professor.

Iranian student had filed a case against the professor for molestation and double-meaning conversation. The CMJ court had given a clean chit to Professor Bilal Mustafa. Later, the foreign student filed an appeal in the ADJ III Court. The court of ADJ III Rajesh Bhardwaj convicted the AMU professor in the case of sexual harassment with a foreign student and also punished him with a fine of Rs 10,000 including 1-year imprisonment. Against which the AMU professor had taken refuge in the
High Court. The matter is still pending in the
High Court.
