Hearing is going on in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Kumar Vishwesh on whether the suit filed for the regular worship of Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri of Varanasi and to preserve other deities is maintainable or not. The first hearing in the court is on the application of the Muslim side. It is possible that the court may also reach a decision regarding this matter. In this context, all eyes are on the court of the district judge. Along with this, objection can also come in the court on the report of the commission. Following the order of the Supreme Court, the matter was transferred from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division to the Court of District Judge.
The Muslim side has given an application for dismissal of the suit,
today, in the hearing of the application given under Rule 7 Order 11 of the Muslim side, the court will order whether the case of Shringar Gauri Gyanvapi is worth hearing or not. In this, an application was made on behalf of the Muslim side to dismiss this suit several months ago.
In this, citing The Place of Worship Act 1991, Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee had applied under Rule 7 Order 11. This application could not be heard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division.
Decision to be taken on three other applications also
Three more applications are also to be decided in the district judge's court. In this, commission proceedings on behalf of the plaintiff by breaking the space below the Shivling found in the Vazukhana, the demand for preservation of fishes in the Vazukhana pond of the District Government Advocate and the enjoyment, raga, adornment of the former Mahant of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Tiwari. And the decision will be taken on the application of becoming a party to the right of worship.
