Rihanna told how her children feel about becoming older siblings
In May, the singer surprised everyone by appearing on the Met Gala blue carpet in a gray dress that revealed she was pregnant.
Rihanna's family continues to grow and she and her partner A$AP Rocky couldn't be more excited, but they are not the only ones. Her two sons, RZA and Riot, are too.
In a recent interview with Extra, the “Umbrella” singer said that her children are very excited about the arrival of their new baby brother.
“They are delighted,” said the singer on the red carpet at the premiere of The Smurfs in Los Angeles.
Rihanna recalled that at first it was not easy for RZA to accept his new role, but over time he developed a deep and protective love for Riot.
In fact, the singer said that RZA, who is only 15 months older than his brother, is very attentive and affectionate, and cannot stand to see him cry, even taking his hand to calm him down.
Rihanna said that although there was natural jealousy during the pregnancy and the first few days, that brotherly bond quickly strengthened, and now RZA proudly assumes his role as older brother and hopes the same will happen with their new baby.
In May, Rihanna stunned by appearing on the Met Gala blue carpet in a gray gown and a corset that hugged her curvaceous belly, revealing she was pregnant.
The “Umbrella” singer was one of the last celebrities to arrive at the gala and did not speak to reporters at the event.
This isn't the first time Rihanna has announced news like this at a major event. In 2023, the singer announced her second pregnancy during her Super Bowl performance.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have two children together: RZA and Riot. The couple began dating in late 2019 after collaborating on the “Cockiness (Love It)” remix in 2012.
