The first hours of this August 7 marked the beginning of a new musical era for Karol G with the release of “No me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto”, the Colombian singer's sixth studio album.
Available for download from all streaming platforms, this project reflects the journey of a broken heart that vents with lines like: “I know it's going to hurt, but it's temporary... I'm going to turn the page because today I'm going to take even the tears to not cry for you again, baby.”
His journey begins with the song “Te Carries To” and continues with songs titled “Maybe”, “Bebiendo Lágrimas” until reaching “Ahí”, a collaboration with the Canadian rapper “Drake” in which he surprises by singing in Spanish alongside 'Bichota'.
In addition to Drake, the album was graced with the presence of Bruno Mars for “Still”, a ballad in which Karol G returns to English and demonstrates his versatility as an artist. "I don't want them to see it as: 'Ah, it's Karol G's new song in English'. That song found me, it said exactly what I felt. Literally, it was perfect for what I was experiencing," he commented on his social networks.
“Someone who loved you”, “MATADORA”, “For u My lova”, “Si lo ven”, “Bby WOW”, “Con qué andará?”, “Eclipse” and “After you” also make up the new era in the Colombian's musical career.
Regarding this important moment on a professional level, Karol G declared: "The day has come. Even if I explained too much, you would never be able to understand what it means to me that you have the opportunity to listen to the album now (...) There is a super incredible emotional journey and there is a little bit of everything."
In the same TikTok video, the celebrity invited her fans to make their first listen a special moment: "If you can do it in your beds, looking at the ceiling, hopefully alone. If you have some light in the room, I love that, that's how I would do it," she added.
The release of “No me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto” occurs in the midst of the successful world tour that Karol G undertook in Chicago on July 24 for his album “Tropicoqueta” (2025). However, the famous woman announced that in the shows after the release of her new album she will include some of the songs.
