“Under a Volcano” is an action-romance film starring William Levy and Maggie Civantos The film will premiere on ViX through its premium service on November 21. This production was filmed in Spain, specifically in Tenerife, and will present a romance amidst a natural disaster. In “Under a Volcano,” we meet Captain Mario Torres, played by William Levy, a military pilot and evacuation expert who arrives on the island after several seismic events are recorded and the area is declared on alert. The premise explains that, although the volcano seems to have calmed down, Dani, played by Maggie Civantos, is a volcanologist who warns that it is a false calm. Unfortunately, no one listens to her… until the volcano erupts. Amidst the uncertainty, both will find themselves caught between the force of nature and the force of their own feelings.

Martin Cuervo is the director of this project, which features performances by Fabiola Guajardo, Adriana Torrebejano, Elia Galera, Anton Lofer, and Pino Montesdeoca.
