Paty Diaz, Alexis Ayala's ex, accuses the actor of being violent, unfaithful, and of having threatened her

Actress Paty Diaz, who was the romantic partner of actor Alexis Ayala for more than five years, surprised with the unexpected confessions she made in a video that spread like wildfire on social media.

Paty Diaz recounted that in 2005, during the filming of the soap opera 'Barrera de Amor', her then-partner cheated on her with a young actress who was taking her first steps in the acting world.

"This all started because he cheated on me. We were working together on a soap opera that was the last for Mr. Ernesto Alonso, may he rest in peace, and there was a young actress with whom he had an intimate relationship," she telling began without revealing the name of the other.

She then detailed that she discovered his infidelity because she fell by surprise in Canada, where the production of the melodrama moved to record some scenes, however, she ended up being the surprise.

That episode wouldn't have been the only one in which Paty would have experienced violence. She claims that Alexis also tried to raise his hand against her during a trip to a shopping mall.

"One day, in a shopping mall in the south of the city, he tried to hit me. Between arguments and aggression, my son started screaming and crying. A child should not have to see things they should not see, nor feel things they should not feel, especially fear," she asserted.

She would also have received death threats

The infidelity and the episodes of violence led to the alleged threats by the actor towards her, as she recounted in her very revealing video.

“He insulted me, attacked me, tried to hit me and told me: 'You are jealous of me because you see me happy. You want to keep my house, but I am capable of burning it down with you and your son inside so that you die.' We went to file the complaint. I went to therapy, sought psychological help, and took legal action,” she noted.

She calls on victims to speak out.

Paty Diaz concluded her video by opening up about why she decided to break her silence until now, in addition to the fact that her ex remains isolated and she doesn't know what's happening outside of him.

“Playing the victim is one thing, and being a victim is another. I was a victim of violence, insults, aggression, and death threats. It's never too late, report your aggressor. I know it's scary and embarrassing, but we can do it, don't stay silent,” she concluded in her video, which has already accumulated hundreds of reactions and comments.
