Despite the instructions of the Chief Minister's Secretariat, no action has been taken so far in the direction of making rules by abolishing the education policy without finance in Jharkhand. Due to non-formulation of rules, there is anger among about 10,000 teachers and employees of unfinanced institutions. For the last 20-25 years, teachers and employees are working without pay. The situation of starvation has come in front of them. During the Karona period, their financial condition became even worse.
The secretary of the education department wrote a letter to the personnel
The Secretary of the Department of School Education and Literacy had written a letter to the Personnel Department on 11 October 2021. This letter was in relation to abolishing the education policy without finance, making rules and giving pay scales while serving teachers and employees in government cadre without finance. The Chief Minister's Secretariat had also sent a letter to the Department of School Education and Literacy asking them to take necessary action. After this, while sending a letter to the personnel, it was asked to take appropriate action towards ending the non-financed education policy, but no action has been taken so far.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren had announced in the House
In response to the short notice question of MLA Deepika Pandey Singh, Chief Minister Hemant Soren had assured in the Assembly that the Administrative Commission has been constituted. Many employees in the state are working on contract and under the non-financed education policy. Government will take prompt action on this. As soon as the recommendation of the Administrative Commission is received, a rule will be made on it and pay scale will be given in the government cadre.
Front movement will happen after October 2
In the meeting of Jharkhand Financeless Education United Sangharsh Morcha, it was decided to hold agitation after October 2. Before this, the delegation of the front will submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary of Personnel. Surendra Jha, Raghunath Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Harihar Prasad Kushwaha, Fazlul Qadir Ahmed, Narottam Singh, Manish Kumar, Arvind Kumar Singh, Baleshwar Yadav, Vijay Jha were present on this occasion.
