Chief Minister Hemant Soren made a big announcement in Latehar and said that the government is making rules to regularize all contract workers. He said in clear words that whenever the officers wish to transfer-posting of the contract workers, but now it will not happen. He was speaking at the KCC distribution function under the divisional level Birsa Kisan Samman Samman held in Latehar.

In the function, the Chief Minister said, in the name of land acquisition, there was talk of setting up power plants and industries in the state. Traders took the land of farmers in the name of setting up industry, but power plants and industries were not set up. Today crores of rupees of the bank are with the traders and the land of the farmers has also gone. He said that at present there is a government of poor, tribal, backward and minorities, which is talking about your development.

The Chief Minister said that if the farmers will prosper, then our state will prosper. In order to enrich the farmers of the state, the state government has brought Birsa Kisan Samman Yojana. Earlier it was called Chief Minister Ashirwad Yojana. We changed the name, because what blessings will someone give to the Annadata. In the state, the previous government had sent the youth to Israel and taught the tricks of farming. Where they are today is not known. In recent days, the Central Government brought the Black Agriculture Act while oppressing the farmers, but the farmers forced the Central Government to change that law with their agitation. We had also opposed this law, so today efforts are being made to harass us.

The central government has thrown the youth of the country into the fire by bringing the Agneepath scheme. The Chief Minister said that many people had sacrificed their lives for the development of the state, but they could not get the benefit of it.
