The Chief Minister of the state, Yogi Adityanath, presented 208 development projects worth Rs 463.60 crore in the program organized at Gorakhpur Club. These include projects in almost all the assembly constituencies. In this program, the projects related to flood protection were also inaugurated and the foundation stone was laid. CM inaugurated 181 development works and laid the foundation stone of 27 development works. On this occasion, certificates, checks and keys of houses were also handed over to the beneficiaries of various schemes.

181 Development Projects Inaugurated

The Chief Minister inaugurated 181 development projects costing more than Rs 298 crore 81 lakh 72 thousand and laid the foundation stone of 27 development works costing Rs 164 crore 77 lakh 95 thousand. Along with this, the Chief Minister has also inaugurated the beautification work of Tarkulaha Devi Temple at a cost of Rs 2.32 crores and a workshop at Khajni ITI made at a cost of Rs 4.35 crores. Addressing the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that today the work of taking Gorakhpur forward towards development has been done by inaugurating and laying foundation stones of development projects costing Rs 463 crore. All the MLAs of the district including MP Ravi Kishan, MP Kamlesh Paswan were present on this occasion.

CM has reached Gorakhpur on a three-day tour. After coming to his home district, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for many development works in Gorakhpur club. After this, he reached the Ambience Banquet Hall near Basaratpur Passport Office to hold a meeting with the BJP officials of five booths. In this meeting, he held a meeting with senior BJP workers including BJP booth presidents. Meanwhile, measures to strengthen BJP's weak booths were discussed. The strategy was also decided to get maximum votes in the 2024 elections. After this, he will go to the Guru Gorakshanath temple, where he will rest the night at the temple's residence.
