Jharkhand Foundation Day: There was a change in the program of President Draupadi Murmu's predetermined two-day visit to Jharkhand on Sunday evening. Now she will come to Ranchi on November 15 and will go directly from Ranchi airport to Ulihatu in Khunti. The President's program of Ranchi and Deoghar has been cancelled. It is noteworthy that the first President's arrival in Ranchi was to be at 3:00 pm on November 14. Before this, he had to go to Deoghar, where his program of worship was proposed in Baba Mandir.
Due to unavoidable reasons, there has been a sudden change in the schedule. The President will now come to Jharkhand on 15th November instead of 14th and will also return on the same day. This is Draupadi Murmu's first visit to Jharkhand after becoming the President. The President will reach Ranchi's Birsa Munda Airport by a special Air Force aircraft at 8:20 am on Tuesday. From here at 8:30, she will go directly to Ulihatu in Khunti by army helicopter.
She will reach the house of Lord Birsa Munda in Ulihatu to garland his statue and meet his descendants. The President will return to Birsa Munda Airport by helicopter from Ulihatu at 9:35 am and will leave for Jabalpur at 11:30 am. She will also not be able to participate in the government program organized on the State Foundation Day in the capital Ranchi. On the other hand, in view of the President's visit, elaborate security arrangements have been made by the police-administration in Khunti.
The President will not attend the foundation day celebrations
The program of President Draupadi Murmu to attend the function organized by the state government in Morhabadi for the 22nd foundation day of Jharkhand state has been canceled. Due to this the traffic plan of the city fixed for November 14 and 15 has been cancelled. City cum Traffic SP Anshuman Kumar gave this information late on Sunday evening. Significantly, a special traffic plan was made on the information of the President's participation in the Foundation Day celebrations.
Also mock drill was done. President Draupadi Murmu was about to attend the state foundation day program to be held at Morhabadi Maidan as the chief guest. In this regard, exercise was going on for the last several days on behalf of the State Government, Raj Bhavan, District Administration, District Police and Traffic Police. Tight security arrangements were made from the airport to the Raj Bhavan and around the Morhabadi ground.
