Most of the companies of Amit Agarwal, arrested in advocate Rajiv Kumar cash case, are registered at the same address in Kolkata. After taking him on remand, his interrogation continued on Tuesday as well. ED officials are inquiring about suspicious transactions between companies related to Amit Agarwal and people related to him. On Tuesday, after interrogation, ED sent Amit to the Kotwali police station to keep him in custody. This step has been taken from the point of view of security.

On Wednesday, ED will again take Amit for questioning. Anjan Bose, a director of Arora Studios, is also a director in the other four companies. This includes companies named GC Aviation Pvt Ltd, UTC Properties Pvt Ltd, Filter Manufacturing Industries Pvt Ltd and Epic Films Pvt Ltd. The indirect relation of all the companies is told with Amit. Apart from this, Amital himself is a director of eight different companies. The address of most of his companies is Lenin Sarani, Kolkata.

The company named GC Aviation was formed in the year 2021. The company named UCT Properties was started in June 2005. Filter manufacturing was started in May 1990 and a company named Epic Films was started in 1994. During interrogation, ED officials are ascertaining which companies of Amit Agarwal are involved in money laundering on the basis of related documents.

ED issues notice to Sonu Agarwal in Rajiv Kumar cash case. He has been directed to appear at ED's Ranchi office on October 12 for interrogation in the cash case. ED has found in the investigation so far that Amit Agarwal had contacted advocate Rajiv Kumar through Sonu Agarwal. Sonu Aggarwal had also arranged for a ticket for Rajiv to go to Kolkata.
