Patna. The case filed in the Rajiv Nagar police station against the 15 land mafia who made crores by selling the land of the housing board has been made true in the supervision. All the charges leveled against them have been found to be true and orders for their arrest have been issued. After this, on the instructions of SSP Dr. Manavjit Singh Dhillon, three special teams have been formed and raids have been started in different police station areas for the arrest of all.

In this sequence, Ashwini Singh, who lived in Sangeeta Vaishnav apartment of Sri Krishnapuri police station, was arrested by the police. They were accused in the Rajiv Nagar police station of selling land by forgery and building houses by firing.

DSP Law and Order Sanjay Kumar investigated the matter and found the truth. After this he issued an order of arrest. DSP Law and Order Sanjay Kumar confirmed the arrest of one and said that the allegations have been found to be true in the investigation.

Here, senior advocate Basant Kumar Choudhary, appearing for the petitioners in this case, said that it is against the law to bulldoze the administration. The houses of poor people are built on the said land. There was no siege on the said land by the Housing Board and when people built houses there, the Housing Board woke up.

He strongly opposed the action taken by the administration citing the Land Settlement Act 2010. The hearing of this case was incomplete on the previous date. The High Court will hear the matter on August 11 at 2:15 pm.
