Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress and the opposition during a public meeting in Karimnagar, Telangana, amid the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. Modi asserted that after the third phase of polling, the Congress-led 'Indi' alliance suffered a setback. He criticized the Congress for its earlier focus on Adani and Ambani, which seemingly vanished after the election announcement.

Speaking at another rally in Vemulawada, about 150 km from Hyderabad, PM Modi expressed confidence in BJP and NDA's victory in the remaining phases. He mocked the opposition coalition, 'India,' suggesting that its 'third fuse' had blown post the third phase of elections. Notably, Modi and some BJP leaders often refer to the opposition alliance as the 'Indi' alliance.

Modi accused the Congress and the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) of prioritizing 'family first' over 'nation first,' alleging corruption as their common trait. He questioned why Congress suddenly stopped mentioning Adani and Ambani after the election announcement and called for accountability from the party.

Turning his focus to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, PM Modi highlighted the rampant corruption allegations in the state. He labeled the Congress-TRS alliance as proponents of appeasement politics and criticized their governance model. Modi emphasized the need to rescue Telangana from the grip of corruption and accused both parties of being part of the same corrupt system.
