Tejashwi Yadav News: Tejashwi Yadav has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, demanding to give status and facilities equal to the army to the martyrs of the paramilitary forces.
Patna. Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah in which he has demanded equal status and facilities to the martyrs of paramilitary forces on the lines of the army. Tejashwi Yadav has written in his letter that the brave soldiers of paramilitary forces who sacrifice their all for the protection of the motherland and the unity and integrity of the country should be given the status of martyr. Along with this, he has also raised other pending demands related to these soldiers.
RJD MP Manoj Jha held a press conference regarding this demand of Tejashwi Yadav and informed about the letter written to the Home Minister. Manoj Jha said in his statement that Tejashwi Yadav has written a letter to the Home Minister demanding that the status of martyr given to the army personnel should also be given to the paramilitary forces. Tejashwi Yadav says that in the security of our country, the army (Army, Navy, Air Service) and paramilitary forces (CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB, Assam Rifles) etc. all make the supreme sacrifice for the unity, integrity and sovereignty of the country. But it is sad and worth thinking that there is clear discrimination in the honor, compensation, facilities and other benefits given to the martyrs who sacrifice for the motherland after martyrdom. Tejashwi said, on the one hand, the brave martyrs of the Indian Army get compensation, honor and social security along with financial assistance to the family from the state and central government, while the martyrs of paramilitary forces and their families do not get the expected respect, assistance and future security. They are equally entitled.
Manoj Jha also said that many times in war-related incidents, the death of soldiers does not happen immediately, but later. Therefore, facilities should be expanded keeping this matter in mind. The RJD MP has appealed to the government to take serious initiative in this matter so that the brave soldiers of the paramilitary forces can get their due respect and facilities.
