British boxer Conor Benn expressed his willingness to face Shakur Stevenson after the challenge issued last weekend. Despite initial differences regarding weight, Benn appears to have yielded on his conditions to finalize the multimillion-dollar fight. The confrontation gained momentum when Stevenson, after defeating Teofimo Lopez, publicly challenged the European to fight in the welterweight division. Initially, Conor rejected a 10-pound rehydration clause, but recently changed his stance under certain financial demands. 

Conditions and possible venue for the fight: In a video shared by State of Boxing, the boxer accepted the weight restriction imposed by the American. However, Benn clarified that this concession must be accompanied by adequate financial compensation and proposed Wembley Stadium as the venue. "Hey, Shakur, Wembley. Get ready. If you want the rehydration clause, you have to pay. Even so, I'm going to beat the crap out of you," Conor Benn said in the video released by the aforementioned source. 

Ambitions in the Welterweight Division: This would be the Briton's first fight at 147 pounds in three years, which adds a level of difficulty to his preparation. Even so, Conor Benn remains confident in defeating the Newark champion and reclaiming his place among boxing's elite.
