PSG has five players in the Best XI of the Year along with Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal
Paris Saint-Germain was the star of the FIFPRO Ideal XI 2025, placing five players in the lineup chosen by more than 20,000 professional players worldwide.
The list, published this Monday, awards the best of the year in each position, and confirms the The hegemony of the team managed by Luis Enrique Martinez, Champions League winner.
Among the players selected from the Parisian club are Ousmane Dembele, Vitinha, Nuno Mendes, Achraf Hakimi, and Gianluigi Donnarumma, who were key players in winning the European title. Dembele, the current Ballon d'Or winner, is nominated again after a breakthrough season with PSG.
FIFPRO noted that the award is the only international football prize decided exclusively by professional footballers.
Voters selected the best players between July 15, 2024, and August 3, 2025, who had to have played at least 30 official matches during that period.
Young stars from Real Madrid and Barcelona also stand out
Real Madrid managed to include Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe, while FC Barcelona celebrated the appearance of Pedri Gonzalez and Lamine Yamal, the latter becoming the youngest player in history to be included in the ideal eleven, at just 18 years old, surpassing Mbappe's previous record, who had achieved it at 19.
The emergence of Lamine Yamal and the return of Pedri consolidate Barcelona as one of the teams with the greatest youth development potential in Europe.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid reaffirms its power with two of the biggest stars in football today.
