Pokhara Crash: Human error may be the reason for Pokhara plane crash, preliminary investigation report revealed

A big disclosure has been made in the preliminary investigation report of the plane crash that happened in Nepal last month. It is being told that in the report, there is a possibility of accident due to human error. The preliminary report has been released on the website of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation of Nepal.
The plane crashed on January 15
The 9N-ANC ATR-72 aircraft of 'Yeti Airlines' took off from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu on January 15 last month at 10.33 am. While landing at Pokhara airport, the plane crashed on the banks of river Seti between the old airport and the new airport.
72 people were on board the plane
72 people including four crew members were on board at the time of the accident. These included 55 Nepalese nationals, 15 foreign nationals including five Indians. Rescue officials have recovered 71 bodies, while other missing passengers are also presumed dead.
The five Indians were identified as Abhishek Kushwaha (25), Vishal Sharma (22), Anil Kumar Rajbhar (27), Sonu Jaiswal (35) and Sanjay Jaiswal. All of them were residents of Uttar Pradesh.
