A trio of immigrant teenagers was accused of the fatal stabbing of a homeless man in Chicago, a crime that has shocked the city and reignited concerns about youth violence in the United States. Local authorities confirmed that the attack occurred over the weekend in downtown Chicago's Loop. Wuinayker Rodriguez-Vasquez, 16, was charged as an adult with first-degree murder in Chicago.
