A Los Angeles judge ruled this Monday that there is enough evidence for singer D4vd to go to trial for the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernández, after a preliminary hearing that lasted five days.

Judge Charlaine Olmedo determined that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office presented sufficient evidence to have probable cause for a trial against D4vd on charges of murder, continued sexual abuse of a child under 14 years of age, and unlawful mutilation of human remains.

In April, during his first court appearance, D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
