An interesting petition has been filed in the Rajasthan High Court, in which a demand has been made to make a law to protect the interests of the male class. In this, things like domestic violence, blackmailing after having a relationship, alleging rape have been mentioned. A Public Interest Litigation has been presented in the Rajasthan High Court, pleading for the constitution of the Men's Commission. The division bench of the High Court will hear the matter after the summer vacation. In this public interest litigation presented by Richa Saini, it has been said that many provisions have been made in the constitution for the welfare of women. At the same time, many laws have also been made to raise their social standard of living and social security.

Saini has further written that no separate law exists for men. It has been said in the petition that many women are misusing the domestic violence law, but there is no one to listen to the victimized men. At the same time, in many cases, women make a relationship with consent and later accuse the man of rape to blackmail him.

In such a case, the man has to prove that he has not committed the rape. Apart from this, many women take divorce immediately after marriage to get reservation for divorcees in government jobs. Because of this men are implicated in false cases. They are harassed.

In the petition, citing the statistics of the Crime Records Bureau, it was said that harassment of women is also a major reason for the suicide of men. Women are harassing men by using laws as a weapon. Despite this, there is no such platform after men, where they can express their pain. In such a situation, a men's commission should be formed in the state.
