Between gunshots, a fire and the death of a man, an entrenchment incident that lasted for several hours this Sunday ended in a home in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.
According to authorities, the incident occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. when the suspect's wife went to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Topanga station to file a report that she had been beaten and raped by her husband.
Officers later responded to the couple's home in the 5700 block of Owensworth Avenue, in the Warner Woodlands Two complex, near the intersection of Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Burbank Boulevard.
