The suspect who survived the kidnapping-homicide incident in Chino Hills was indicted Monday on murder charges by the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office.
San Bernardino County Prosecutor Jason Anderson stated that murder charges were filed against Jianquan Bo, as well as an allegation of special circumstances that could make this case a capital murder.
"One of the things that could be confusing to the public is how the passenger who gets out of the car can be charged with murder. This is the concept and theory of intentional homicide," explained prosecutor Anderson.
