Writer Jitendra Gyanchandani has claimed that writer and director Raaj Shaandilyaa stole the concept and story of his film 'Janhit Mein Jari' from one of his scripts. Now Raj Shandilya has reacted to this.

Jitendra Gyanchandani has claimed that he has co-written the story titled 'Condom Pyaar Ki Pehli Shart' with Gautam Prasad Shaw. It was registered with the Screen Writers Association in 2019. At the same time, in a special conversation with ETimes, Raj Shandilya has reacted and has completely denied these allegations.

In a conversation with ETimes, he said, "We have already responded to them with a legal notice and for your information, our story was recorded in 2017. Anyone can come and claim anything today."

Jitendra revealed, “Gautam had registered the script in his name in 2017. I got the story from a director to make it better. In 2019, the said director liked my story and Gautam and I worked together. Called to do it. We jointly registered the story in October 2019. Gautham narrated the story to Raj in June 2020 and then Shaandilyaa announced the film 'Janhit Mein Jalai' in November 2020."

Jitendra said that, he has registered a case along with another complaint of Versova police and SWA whose hearing is pending. He also revealed that his co-writers are not with him in his fight against Shaandilyaa for copyright infringement. He said, "There are many aspiring writers who do not have the resources to fight the unethical practices in the Bollywood fraternity by established production houses."
