Cazzu revealed with emotion that her daughter Inti is her biggest fan
Cazzu recently released her book 'Perreo' in which she explores women's relationship with the reggaeton genre
The Argentine singer Cazzu, known for her hit 'Con Otra', in recent interviews has talked about moments she lives with her little daughter Inti and also the reality she faces as a single mother in the midst of a complex legal dispute over the freedom to travel with her little girl.
In the podcast 'Tapados de Laburo', Cazzu moved her listeners by sharing an intimate and sweet moment: her young daughter, still in her early years, has become her number one fan. “The other day she surprised me,” she said. “I said, ‘Do you want me to play some music for you? What do you want to hear?’ And he said, ‘Mom’… It was ‘Sapo Pepe’!”
During the interview, she indicated that Inti knows she’s an artist and frequently plays some of her songs for her.
With the innocence of childhood, Inti has adopted her mother’s songs as part of her world, turning each melody into an emotional bridge between them.
Cazzu cannot travel outside of Argentina with Inti
However, behind this emotional bond lies a much darker battle. A few weeks ago, on the podcast 'Se regalan dudas' (Doubts are Given Away), Cazzu broke down when she explained that, after more than a year of legal attempts, she still hasn't obtained permission to travel outside of Argentina with her daughter.
"I need to travel for my job," she explained. "I'm an artist, just like him (Christian Nodal), and without that permission, I can't practice my profession or take my daughter with me." The mediator suggested, as a partial solution, granting a travel permit until Inti was 5 years old, but even that option hasn't materialized.
The situation becomes even more complicated when it comes to the family sphere. According to statements made by journalist Javier Ceriani on his YouTube channel, Christian Nodal's parents are reportedly deeply upset with their son for denying Inti the opportunity to travel, especially considering the influence of certain circles surrounding the Mexican singer.
"Inti's grandparents are very, very furious," Ceriani said. "They want to see their granddaughter and firmly believe that the one manipulating Nodal to prevent him from entering is Angela Aguilar."
According to this version,Nodal's wife is reportedly intervening to prevent the father from granting the girl a passport and freedom of movement, creating tension that has transcended the personal and become public.
Sources close to her indicate that Nodal's parents are seeking legal avenues to help Cazzu obtain international travel permission for Inti, even considering more forceful legal action if there is no progress. For them, the girl's right to see the world, to be with her mother, and to live a full childhood—beyond conflicts between adults—is inalienable.
In addition to her bond with her daughter, Cazzu has also demonstrated great writing talent with her book 'Perreo,' in which she explores women's relationship with reggaeton from a feminist perspective.
