Netflix's “Emily in Paris” says goodbye: the sixth season will be the last
The Netflix series “Emily in Paris” will end after six seasons. The last one is being filmed in Greece
Netflix confirmed that the global phenomenon “Emily in Paris” will come to an end with its sixth season. The news was announced this Thursday, revealing that production is already filming in Greece, while the renewal for these final episodes had been announced in January.
Series creator Darren Star expressed his gratitude following the announcement:
"Making 'Emily in Paris' with this extraordinary cast and crew has been the journey of a lifetime. As we enter the final season, I am so grateful to Netflix, Paramount and, most importantly, the fans." Darren Star

Protagonist and plot
Lily Collins plays Emily, a marketing executive from Chicago who lands a dream job in Paris. According to the official synopsis, her new life “is full of heady adventures and surprising challenges as she juggles work, friendships, and romance.”
Collins also addressed fans with a video where she stated, “Season 6 will bring you everything you love about the series and will be the final chapter in Emily's adventure of a lifetime.” And, later he left a message on his Instagram with an image from Greece, in the middle of filming the latest edition of the series.

Now in Collins, the list is integrated by: Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Lucien Laviscount, Eugenio Franceschini, Thalia Besson, Paul Forman, Arnaud Binard, Minnie Driver, Bryan Greenberg and Michèle Laroque.
Darren Star serves as writer and executive producer, and the series is produced by Paramount Television Studios, Darren Star Productions and Jax Media.
Throughout its first five seasons, “Emily in Paris” proved to be incredibly successful: It reached number one in 90 countries, and seasons one through five racked up 32 weeks on Netflix's global English-language television chart.
