Jammu and Kashmir: In the fight against terrorism, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has got a big success on Monday. In fact, in a joint operation with the army in Anantnag, the police today arrested 2 hybrid terrorists belonging to the banned terrorist organization AGUH. Security forces also recovered 2 pistols, 2 magazines and 15 rounds from their possession. Jammu and Kashmir Police gave this information.

Earlier on Thursday, security forces claimed to have foiled a major terrorist attack by arresting a hybrid terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district. Giving information, the police had said that the security forces have recovered arms, ammunition and cash of Rs 1,81,000 from the hideout of the terrorist, which was to be used for terrorist activities. Police said the arrested hybrid terrorist has been identified as Zafar Iqbal, a resident of Bal-Angrala. He is the brother of Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Mohammad Isaac, who was killed in an encounter with security forces in Rajouri district.

Hybrid terrorists are unlisted radicals who, after carrying out terrorist attacks, return to normal life. That is why the army, investigative agencies and police cannot reach them. They are not associated with any terrorist module nor are they a member of any organization, they are only in contact with the handler, the handler gives them the target, seeing the opportunity, they carry out that work. Hybrid terrorists work at the behest of the handler, the terrorist organization gives instructions to the handler and the terrorist organization is told by its master or ISI sitting in Pakistan who to target.
