Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Uttarakhand today on a one-day visit. During this, PM Modi visited Adi Kailash and meditated sitting in Parvati Tal. After which he reached Gunji village. Where PM Modi played traditional folk instruments. During this, PM Modi interacted with local artists, Indian Army, ITBP and BRO personnel. PM Modi met soldiers of all three groups. During this, the soldiers presented a framed picture of Adi Kailash to PM Modi. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and Chief Secretary SS Sandhu were present on this occasion.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Adi Kailash by helicopter this morning. The Prime Minister was welcomed by Army officials at the base camp. From the base camp, Prime Minister Modi reached the Shiva temple located at Parvati Sarovar by road. Here the people of the caste community welcomed the PM wearing traditional clothes.

The priest vaccinated the PM in Adi Kailash. After this, the PM worshiped Lord Shiva by blowing conch and damru in the temple. After this, saw the grandeur of Adi Kailash from the view point. He also meditated from the meditation place built here. After this left for Gunji. The PM reached Gunji village and interacted with the people of the community and inspected the stall. On this occasion, PM Modi was seen wearing traditional attire of Ran community.

Let us tell you that as soon as PM Modi reached Gunji, slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai started being raised there. PM Modi accepted the greetings of everyone with folded hands. During this time it was seen that the women of the village were standing in queue and waiting for PM Modi. PM Modi met the people standing there. During this time, when a child was seen in the lap of a woman, PM Modi in his own style caressed the child's head. After this, PM Modi greeted an elderly woman with folded hands. Seeing the elderly woman who came to welcome him, PM Modi became emotional and held the hand of the elderly woman for a long time. During this time, the woman standing near the elderly woman was seen telling something about the elderly woman to PM Modi. The elderly woman with whom PM Modi was talking, blessed him by caressing PM Modi's head.

After which PM Modi reached Jageshwar Dham in Almora. Where PM Modi offered prayers. PM Modi took blessings of Lord Jagannath. During this, the priests of the temple performed the puja of PM Modi.

Let us tell you that, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Shokiathal by PM helicopter at 12:10 pm. After which he left for Jageshwar by car. Local people greeted the PM near Panuvanaula intersection. The PM came out of his car and accepted the greetings of the people by waving towards the crowd. After which PM left for Jageshwar temple. Here he took the blessings of Lord Jagannath by performing puja as per rituals in Mahamrityunjaya and other temples. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, MP Ajay Tamta and others were present with him here. After worshiping at Jageshwar temple, the Prime Minister left for Pithoragarh, where he addressed the public meeting.

 

During this, PM Modi gifted development projects worth Rs 4200 crore. After laying the foundation stone and inauguration of the projects, PM addressed the people of Uttarakhand. While connecting with the people of the hills, the PM mentioned their connection with Uttarakhand. During this, PM Modi said that people of Uttarakhand often write letters to him.
