Alipore Court once again granted bail to Partha Chatterjee and his female friend Arpita Mukherjee, Dr. Kalyanmoy Ganguly, Subiresh Bhattacharya, Dr. Shanti Prasad Sinha, Ashok Saha, Manik Bhattacharya in the teacher recruitment scam case in West Bengal. The petition is dismissed. Alipore Court has again sent all the accused to jail custody till November 14. Partha Chatterjee's lawyer had also filed a petition for bail, which has been rejected by the court. At the same time, the other accused will also remain in jail for the time being and the action will continue from the CBI side.

Along with this, he also talked about house arrest. He also highlighted Parth's physical problems, despite this the court has given a decision to send Parth to jail custody till November 14.

During the court appearance in Alipore, Arpita Mukherjee sought permission from her mother to tell her over the phone, which has been rejected by the court. According to the CBI, if the investigation is going on at present, then no accused should be given bail. The report related to the investigation of the case will come out soon. In such a situation, all the accused should be kept in jail custody. The court has sent all the accused, including Parth, to jail custody till November 14, following the advice of the CBI.
