Margub Ahmed Danish, a resident of Phulwarisharif, was arrested on July 15 for allegedly running two WhatsApp groups 'Gazwa-e-Hind' and 'Direct Jihad' to propagate anti-India views, police said.

A police official said on condition of anonymity that the evidence collected during the investigation showed that Danish had received money in the form of cryptocurrency from Qatar-based organization 'Alfalhi'. At present, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is investigating the matter. Investigators have found that messages insulting the national flag and emblem were being shared on the group (Gazwa-e-Hind). Here, the team of NIA and police have raided together in many districts of Bihar including Patna.

After taking information about the members associated with PFI, his relatives and family members have also been questioned. According to the information received from the sources, from Monday, the NIA will completely take this case in its hands. On the other hand, the SIT has also gathered many important information related to this case and handed it over to the NIA. According to the information received, NIA raided for four hours on Sunday in Phulwari. At the same time, NIA team is making raids in Darbhanga, Purnia, Muzaffarpur, Jharkhand and Bengal.

Danish was arrested by a joint team of ATS and police on July 15 on the basis of his involvement in anti-India activities. A mobile was found near it, in which many anti-national groups were formed. In this, he was a member of two such groups, in which there were Pakistani admins. If sources are to be believed, there were talks of running direct jihad in the group. The Gazwa-e-Hind group that Danish was associated with, the group's icon and message were objectionable, anti-national, extremist and unconstitutional. In this, the investigating agency has also searched Facebook, in which many types of inflammatory posts and videos were also shared. He also used to chat with Faizan of Pakistan.

If sources are to be believed, the investigating agency has recovered chatting in Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp group from the mobile recovered from it. About two thousand people have joined the friend list of its Facebook account. It contains profiles of individuals associated with terrorist organizations from Kashmir, Pakistan, Afghanistan and other Islamic countries. Many Facebook pages related to Gajwa-e-Hind have been liked by this account.

After the case of conspiracy to spread violence in the country from Phulwari was exposed, the police and investigating agencies are sleepless. The SIT is investigating the whereabouts of the absconding suspects. At the same time, both the suspected PFI lawyer Nuruddin Jangi, who were taken on 48-hour remand, and retired Inspector Mo Jalaluddin from Jharkhand, have been questioned five times separately till Sunday evening. According to sources, during the interrogation, both of them lost their sweat in answering the police and the investigating agencies. Police and investigative agencies have obtained many important information from both, on the basis of which it is believed that sooner or later the screws will be tightened on the sleeper cell and funding.

How many sleeper cells do they know, etc. Questions were taken.

According to the information received, Danish was the admin of these two anti-country groups and was also in contact with many other foreign groups. On July 14, the police busted this terrorist module by arresting three people. The NIA on Wednesday conducted searches at Jamia Maria Niswa Madrasa located in East Champaran district of Bihar and arrested a teacher named Asghar Ali in connection with the case.
