Two terrorists were killed on Wednesday in an encounter with security forces in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. On receiving information about the presence of terrorists, security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the Bomai area of ​​Sopore town in Baramulla district, police said. Police said that during the search operation an encounter broke out in which both the terrorists were killed.
2 terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed killed

The terrorists have been identified as Mohammad Rafi of Sopore and Ashraf of Pulwama, he said. Rafi was also booked under PSA twice earlier. Both were also involved in many terrorist incidents.

According to the ADGP, both the terrorists were planning to attack civilians in Sopore. A civilian was also injured during the encounter and has been admitted to a hospital in Srinagar, where his condition is said to be stable, they said. He said that the campaign is currently going on.
