Donald Trump reviews a new offer raised by Iran to end the war with the US.
Trump analyzes a plan presented by the government of Tehran to put an end to the war conflict that has detonated the-largest energy crisis in recent years
Through a publication shared on the Truth Social platform, the 79-year-old Republican was little optimistic about a plan developed by the Islamic Republic to reach an agreement with Washington aimed at achieving peace.
“I will soon review the plan that Iran just sent us, but I can't imagine it being acceptable since they haven't paid yet.” a high enough price for what they have done to humanity and the world over the last 47 years,” he wrote.
Subsequently, before a group of journalists who approached him on the runway of the Palm Beach International Airport, the New York tycoon reiterated that this two United continues to have the advantage in the war and are therefore in a position to be the one who determines the conditions to mark the end of the war.
“They told me about the concept of the agreement. Now they will give me the exact wording. We are doing very well with respect to Iran. I repeat, they want to reach an agreement. They are decimated,” he expressed.
Trump did not even rule out the possibility of resuming the U.S. military offensive, to avoid giving his adversary the opportunity to reactivate itself militarily within a few years.
“If we left now, it would take 20 years to rebuild, but we are not leaving now. We will do it in such a way that nobody has to return within two or five years,” he stressed.
Since some weeks, the key to end the war conflict is guaranteeing the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, which the Iranian authorities have refused to do; in so much that the United States has imposed another closure on navigation oriented to prevent the entry or exit of any vessel bound to the oil ports of the Islamic Republic.
Although the government of Pakistan offered as a mediator, the negotiations to reach an agreement did not bear fruit and that strengthened a global energy crisis with very negative consequences for the economy.
