The final of the third season of La Casa de los Famosos Mexico crowned Aldo de Nigris as the winner, but he was not the only protagonist of the night. The broadcast was marked by surprise, excitement, and notable controversy after the third place finish of Abel Saenz R., better known as Abelito, one of the contestants most beloved by the public, was announced. Lucerito Mijares even stated that she considered him the winner.
Abelito, an influencer originally from Zacatecas, had become one of the favorites thanks to his charisma and the genuine friendship he forged with Aldo de Nigris on "Cuarto Noche." Although he managed to reach the final with his colleagues Mar Contreras and Aldo himself, his path ended on the third step of the podium, beating Shiky and Mar, but without reaching the coveted crown.

With these words, Lucerito not only made clear her unconditional support for Abelito, but also questioned the dynamics of the reality show, suggesting that the less conflictive participants, like her favorite, deserved greater recognition.
Her posts sparked an intense debate among the show's followers, many of whom agreed that Abelito deserved at least second place.
Despite the frustration of his followers, Abelito celebrated with genuine joy the triumph of his friend Aldo, who even offered to share half of the prize. However, the Zacatecan rejected the gesture, demonstrating an attitude of gratitude and fair play that was widely praised.
Lucerito Mijares, although disappointed, also had words for the winner: “LET'S GO @DeNigris9! We adore you,and sharing your prize makes us even more so!!!"
In this edition, Aldo de Nigris earned enough votes to remain in the competition. Dalilah Polanco came in second, Abelito in third, influencer Shiky in fourth, and Mar Contreras, who had earned a spot as a finalist, came in last.
