After Tata Steel, a bonus agreement was signed in Tata Growth Shop (TGS) on Friday. As per the agreement between the management and the union, Rs 3.49 crore will be released for the 267 employees of the company. The minimum bonus amount will be Rs 72,624 and Rs 20,000 goodwill amount, while the maximum bonus amount will be Rs 3,35,692 and Rs 20,000 goodwill amount.

Between Tata Steel Management and TISCO Workers Union, 20 percent bonus has been given to the employees on the basis of profits for the financial year 2021-22. An agreement was also signed on the occasion for payment of annual bonus till the year 2023-24.
