The troubled public has got another setback due to inflation. Gas companies have drastically increased the price of domestic LPG cylinders. Now for a domestic LPG cylinder of 14.2 kg, you will have to pay Rs 50 more. Now the price of domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi will be Rs 1053. Whereas, earlier its price was Rs 1003. The new prices are effective from today. 

Apart from this, the prices of five kg domestic gas cylinders have also increased. Now an increase of Rs 18 has been registered in the price of five kg cylinder. However, the prices of 19 kg commercial cylinders have come down by Rs 8.50. 

Let us tell you that just a few days ago, the prices of commercial cylinders were increased by the oil distribution companies. Now on Wednesday morning, the prices of domestic cylinders have also been increased. 

It is worth noting that for the first time the price of domestic cylinder has been increased while that of commercial cylinder has come down. On Wednesday, the price of commercial cylinder has been cut by Rs 9. The cost of a 19 kg commercial cylinder in Delhi has now gone up to Rs 2,012. Gas cylinders have been implemented in New Delhi from 6 July 2022.
