Authorities arrested a 24-year-old woman as a suspect in connection with two separate Long Beach crashes that left three people dead.

In a press release, the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) identified Long Beach resident Ahkeyajahnique Owens as the suspect in the two incidents that occurred a few months apart. The first incident involving the arrested woman occurred on October 6, 2025, in the area of ??East 4th Street and Bonito Avenue, where officers found a 35-year-old cyclist unconscious.
