A special court in Mumbai on Wednesday allowed the plea of ​​Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, to return his passport. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has given clean chit to Aryan Khan in the cruise drugs case. Aryan had submitted his passport before the court under the conditions of his bail.

On June 30, Aryan had filed an application before a special court related to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, requesting the return of the passport. The NCB, in its reply to 24-year-old Aryan's plea, had said that he has no objection to the passport being returned. Special judge VV Patil then allowed Aryan's petition.

Let us inform that Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 last year in the high-profile drugs case. However, the probe agency did not include Aryan's name as an accused in the chargesheet filed in May. NCB had released Aryan Khan and five others for 'lack of sufficient evidence'. Aryan had to spend 20 days in jail before the Bombay High Court allowed his bail plea.

It is being told that Aryan Khan is currently busy writing a script as he wants to venture into direction. It was being said that he is writing the script of an OTT show. Aryan Khan has reportedly assisted in his father Shah Rukh's next film 'Pathan'. If reports are to be believed, he has choreographed the action sequences in the film.
