“La Casa de Alofoke: The After Party” is a live special that will air on Sunday, January 11 at 8 pm ET / 7 pm CT on Univision. We spoke with Santiago Matias, better known as Alofoke, and he confirmed that many of the protagonists from the second season will be present, except for those who have had legal issues and, therefore, cannot enter the United States. He did confirm that "La Fruta" will be present at this "After Party," but also explained that "Melissa Gate" will not be able to attend due to visa issues. The network, in a press release, explained that this special will be available via streaming on Univision's YouTube channel, where the audience can enjoy an additional hour of exclusive content immediately after the television broadcast. "La Casa de Alofoke: El After Party" is a co-production of Televisa-Univision and Alofoke Media Group and promises to be the most talked-about television event of early 2026. With this venture, Univision reaffirms its commitment to leading the cultural conversation, integrating the power of digital platforms with the massive reach of national television to offer innovative content that transcends borders.
In our conversation with the Dominican, we discussed the possibility of continuing to develop his reality show format with Univision, and it seems they are in talks to further expand “Planeta Alofoke.” He also acknowledges that his success has made him a figure many want to exploit, but they also demand more from him because of the magnitude of his achievements.
He states that his reality show format falls into categories that are not well-received on television and that transitioning to this format will have to limit it in some way, but he is ready and excited for the challenge.
We will soon share our exclusive conversation with the entrepreneur and content creator.
