Kelly Osbourne's emotional message to Ozzy for Father's Day
The television personality remembered the legendary Black Sabbath vocalist with unpublished photos from his childhood and a touching message
The weekend became especially nostalgic for the Osbourne family. Kelly Osbourne took to her social networks to pay a sincere and emotional tribute to her father, the legendary musician Ozzy Osbourne, on what was the first Father's Day since his death, which occurred on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76.
Through her Instagram account, the television star shared a carousel with photos from various stages of her life with the remembered “Prince of Darkness.” The images were accompanied by a deep reflection on everyday life without their presence.
“Dad, I still find myself looking for you in ordinary moments: the advice I need, the joke I want to tell, the victory I wish you could see,” said the designer and singer.
In her dedication, Kelly added a moving phrase that resonated with her followers: “The pain of missing you is the price of having loved you, and I would always pay it rather than not having been your daughter.”
In addition to the family postcards, Osbourne touched users by posting in her stories a screenshot of an old text message that Ozzy sent her.
In the letter, the Black Sabbath leader confessed that watching the videos of his grandson Sidney (born in 2022) was his greatest consolation: "When I feel bad and miserable, all I have to do is watch the video you sent me of little Sid in the bathtub and it makes me so happy that everything disappears."
Kelly closed his tribute by reaffirming the unbreakable bond he maintains with his father, with whom he recorded an iconic duet version of the song “Changes” in 2003. "I will never stop missing you. It is an honor to spend the rest of my life loving you," he concluded.
