Marjorie de Sousa gets angry over dissemination of fake photos with Julián Gil and his son
The Venezuelan actress reacted firmly to the dissemination of images created with Artificial Intelligence that simulate a family reunion
The tranquility of Marjorie de Sousa was interrupted this Tuesday after the viralization of a series of photos in which she can be seen in affectionate scenes with her son Matías and her ex-partner, the actor Julián Gil.
However, the images are not real: they are representations generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) that recreate a family bond that currently does not exist.
Visibly upset, the soap opera protagonist broke the silence before the media to establish a clear stance against the use of this technology in such delicate personal contexts.
“I think that shouldn't be played with that. I think it's something very delicate”, expressed the actress, underlining the lack of ethics of those manipulating digital reality.
A call to complaint
De Sousa not only showed his discontent, but he urged his followers and social network users to take concrete actions against the profiles that disseminate these false images.
“Yes, you have to report the page because you don't play with that, the truth,” he added with a firm tone, emphasizing that these actions violate the privacy and emotional well-being of his son.
The conflict gains relevance due to the public history between the actors, marked by years of legal battles and the distancing of Gil with little Matías.
For Marjorie, these images represent a mockery of a complex family situation that remains under public scrutiny.
