The first thing you lose is muscle, and that dropped in two weeks,” she added. Along with this change in her diet, Sydney Sweeney resumed the exercise routine that has been with her for years: “I had to be very disciplined with myself,” she explained. According to the 28-year-old celebrity, she only had seven weeks to prepare before the start of filming for the movie “The Housemaid” and the highly anticipated third season of “Euphoria.” However, she said she felt “blessed” to have a lifestyle that allowed her to do this.
