Bharatiya Janata Party MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh Served Notice for Alleged Code of Conduct Violation Ahead of Lok Sab
Bharatiya Janata Party MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh faces scrutiny as he receives a notice for purportedly violating the election code of conduct prior to the Lok Sabha elections. The notice was issued by the Tarabganj SDM following instructions from the District Magistrate, raising concerns amid the election campaign.
Amidst the fervor of the Lok Sabha elections, BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been issued a notice for violating the code of conduct. The Tarabganj SDM has served the notice to the BJP MP, acting on instructions from the District Magistrate. Brij Bhushan Singh represents the Kaiserganj seat, and although the party has not announced a candidate for this seat yet, Singh is asserting his claim.
The SDM took stringent action against the violation, issuing a notice to Brij Bhushan Singh for leading a convoy without permission. He was found traversing the Lok Sabha constituency with numerous vehicles, prompting the SDM to take action against unauthorized gatherings. A notice has been served to the MP, demanding an explanation for his actions.
Furthermore, the SDM has called upon the incharges of Colonelganj, Paraspur, and Katra police stations to provide explanations for failing to report the violation of the code of conduct. The SDM has instructed these police officials to take legal action as necessary. The notice to MP Brij Bhushan Singh was issued under the directives of DM Neha Sharma.
