Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave the gift of Raksha Bandhan to the sisters in the election year at the Ladli Sisters' Conference at Bhopal's Jamboree Maidan on Sunday. Now women will get 50 percent reservation in police and other government recruitment. Apart from this, the CM announced that now 35 percent of women will be appointed in nominated posts as well. Will work to give proper representation to women in different types of appointments. He said that sister and daughter have to be given better education.

Therefore, today it is being decided that Ladli Bahna will come under the Aajeevika Mission. Bank will give loan to them for self-employment. You will have to pay 2 percent interest. The rest of the interest amount will be paid by the government. CM said that I will drink your tears, pain and sorrow. I thank the Prime Minister for women empowerment. If any property is bought in the name of sisters, only one percent stop fee will be charged. If sister wants to set up a small industry, we will help her fully. Plots will also be reserved in the industrial area.
The government will provide plots to the women of the village
CM said that the sisters living in the village tell me that brother, we do not have a house to live in the village. CM said that it is a resolution of Rakshabandhan that if any sister does not have a place to live, then she will be given a plot in the village as well. In the city too, small houses will be built on the land freed from the mafia and given to women, those whose names were left out in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, will be given plots and houses in the Chief Minister's Awas Yojana.
Electricity bills of poor sisters will now come to Rs 100
The CM said that some sisters told that electricity bills are coming high, so today I am deciding that the increased electricity bills will not be recovered. I will arrange them. The increased bills will be zero in September. After this the poor sister's bill comes only Rs 100, such arrangements will be made.
Electricity will reach a town with 20 houses
There is no electricity in many small villages. Such sisters will also not remain in the dark. Now there is a colony of even 20 houses, so electricity will be taken there. A provision of Rs 900 crore has been made for this. So that there is proper electricity.
Gas cylinder will be available for Rs 450
CM said that many sisters told me that gas should be a little cheaper. In this month of Sawan, a gas cylinder will be made available for Rs.450. After that we will make permanent arrangements. So that you don't have to worry about the increase in the price of gas. The CM also thanked the sisters by clapping for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
1250 rupees will come in the account of dear sisters
The Chief Minister said that now one thousand rupees is being received. Now you will go to brother's house on Raksha Bandhan. With a single click, the Chief Minister deposited two hundred and fifty rupees in the account of dear sisters for the festival of Raksha Bandhan. The Chief Minister said that one thousand rupees will come on 10th of September. After this, from October 10, an amount of Rs 1250 will come in the account of all the sisters.
Wash the feet of dear sisters and apply water on the forehead
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan worshiped Ladli Lakshmi at the beginning of the programme. After this, after washing the feet of the beloved sisters, blessed the water from the forehead. The sisters also presented a huge rakhi to the Chief Minister. After this the Ladli Bahna calendar was released. A short film based on Ladli Bahna Sena was screened, depicting the empowerment of women through the schemes of the government. Also a 3D show was shown. CM welcomed the dear sisters who came in the program by showering flowers. Along with this, Rakhi was tied to the sisters and gifts were given.
Please tell that from June 10, the Ladli Behna scheme started. In this, eligible sisters in the age group of 21 to 60 years are being given assistance of one thousand rupees every month. A total amount of more than three thousand 628 crore 85 lakh was transferred in three installments to the accounts of 1.25 crore eligible women of the state. Under the scheme, an amount of more than one thousand 209 crore was released in the first installment from Jabalpur. The second installment was released from Indore and the third from Rewa. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced to increase the amount of the scheme from one thousand rupees to three thousand rupees.
Shivraj government's steps to make women self-reliant
- Education- Ladli Laxmi Yojana- More than 45 lakh daughters became millionaires. So far, more than 13 lakh 30 thousand dear daughters have been given scholarships of more than Rs 366 crore. Assistance up to Rs 25 thousand for higher education to dear daughters.
- Gaon Ki Beti Yojana- So far, education incentive assistance of more than Rs. 544 crore has been given to 09 lakh 60 thousand girl students for higher education to the girl students who have passed class 12th from the village school.
- Pratibha Kiran Yojana- Till now more than 67 thousand 600 girl students belonging to poor families of urban areas have been provided education incentive assistance of more than Rs 30 crore.
- Reservation- 50% reservation will be given in body elections and teacher recruitment, 30% in police jobs and 33% in other recruitments. More than 2 lakh sisters got elected in the local body elections. This time alone, more than 17 thousand sisters of self-help groups have won the elections in the local body elections.
- Self-help groups – More than 53 lakh women joined more than four lakh 50 thousand self-help groups. Credit linkage of more than Rs 5 thousand 800 crore was provided.
- Sisters becoming owners – We have reduced the registration fee from 3% to 1% for getting the land or house registered in the name of a female member of the household or for getting the property on lease. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, women own 52% of houses built in rural areas and more than 70% of houses built in urban areas.
- Health- Madhya Pradesh is number one in the country in Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. Assistance of more than Rs 1500 crore to more than 37 lakh pregnant women so far. Total assistance of Rs 16 thousand for health and nutrition of women before and after delivery in Sambal Yojana
- Diet Grant Scheme - Assistance of 300 crores per year to the women of Baiga, Sahariya, Bharia families. Till now assistance of Rs 1 thousand 460 crore has been made available.
- Security - The government has closed the premises of liquor shops in view of the safety of sisters and daughters. Provision of death penalty for rapists of innocent girls.
- Incentive - An amount of Rs 25,000 for laptops to daughters who get more than 75 percent marks in class 12th. Scooty to the topper girl in school.
- Under Chief Minister Kanya Vivah-Nikah, Kalyani Vivah-Disabled Marriage schemes, more than 6 lakh 10 thousand daughters have been given benefits worth more than 1592 crores so far.
