Now caste census will be done by May 2023

Earlier the caste census was to be completed by next year i.e. February 2023, but now it has been extended further by 2 months. Nitish government will now conduct caste census by May 2023.
Government allocated two crore 44 lakhs to Beltron
Apart from this, the state cabinet chaired by Nitish Kumar has approved the amount to be spent on the construction of the app and portal for caste-based enumeration in Bihar. For this, the government will give an amount of more than two crore 44 lakhs to Beltron. Its administrative approval has been given in the cabinet meeting today.
Speed ​​boats will be purchased to stop illegal sand mining
The Nitish cabinet has also put its stamp on important proposals related to the Urban Development and Housing Department today. To stop illegal sand mining in Bihar, the government has now approved 5 crore for the purchase of speed boats and other types. This amount will be spent in such districts including Patna, Bhojpur, Saran, where illegal sand mining takes place from rivers.
