He directed to make arrangements for rainwater harvesting on government buildings including Ganga Jal Supply Scheme and early completion of construction of rubber dam in Falgu river. Also said that for installing lightning drivers on all government buildings, after consulting the concerned departments, prepare an action plan. The Chief Minister said these things to the officials during a high-level review meeting related to the water-life-greenery campaign on Saturday. This meeting was held in 'Samvad' located at the Chief Minister's Secretariat.

In the review meeting, the Chief Minister asked the officials to make people aware of solar energy. This is renewable energy. Nature is given and always will be. Work has also been done on solar energy in the Chief Minister's residence. This will keep the environment clean and money will also be saved. The Chief Minister said that the work of 'Ganga Water Supply Scheme' should be completed at the earliest, so that the work of water supply in Nawada, Rajgir Gaya and Bodh Gaya can be started at the earliest.

He said that the construction of a rubber dam in the Falgu river near the Vishnupad temple of Gaya will bring great convenience to the people visiting during the Pitru Paksha. It is very sad to hear about the death of people due to thunderstorm. Keeping this in mind, arrangements should be made to install lightning drivers on all government buildings.

The Chief Minister directed the officers to complete the work on the components of Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali Abhiyan expeditiously. Mark all public wells and get them renovated at the earliest. Due to this the ground water level is maintained and people get a lot of convenience in the event of drought. Also expedite the construction of blotting near all public wells and wells. The Chief Minister said that there is a limit to the use of electricity available at present.

Earlier the green cover of Bihar was very less. A large number of saplings were planted by establishing Hariyali Mission in the year 2012. As a result of this, now the green cover of the state has exceeded 15 percent. Keeping in mind the population and area of ​​Bihar, we have set a target to increase the limit of green cover to 17 percent and for this massive plantation work is being done.
